Cyient has provided employment to nearly 1,233 software professionals, Tech Mahindra employed 150, Ventois Software Solutions employed 29, and Kakatiya IT Solutions employed six professionals, contributing significantly to the local workforce. Quadrant Resources plans to create job opportunities for 500 professionals, making it a notable addition to the region’s employment ecosystem. Vamshi Reddy, the CEO of Quadrant Resources, expressed his intention to establish the company in Warangal to support engineering students in building their careers. Many students from the region typically migrate to metropolitan cities like Hyderabad or other states due to the lack of local job opportunities. Vamshi Reddy’s decision to set up Quadrant Resources in Telangana came at the suggestion of IT Minister KT Rama Rao.

Quadrant Resource becomes the third major company to open its office in Warangal, following in the footsteps of Cyient and Tech Mahindra. The state government has allocated 50,000 square feet of space for the company’s operations and invested Rs 35 crore in its establishment. The company has already hired 100 to 150 local youths, contributing to the region’s growing IT sector. Warangal is witnessing a surge in IT-based companies establishing their branches, positioning it as the second IT hub in the state after the capital city.

Additionally, several prominent IT companies, such as Cyient, Tech Mahindra, Kakatiya IT Solutions, and Ventois Software Solutions, have previously set up their units in the IT Incubation Centre of Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) at Madikonda, further solidifying the region’s reputation as an emerging IT hub.
