Vinay Bhaskar also revealed the city’s ambitious plan to transform itself into a prominent temple tourism destination. Furthermore, he shared the news of laying the foundation stone for a model bus station operated by the Road Transport Corporation (RTC) in Hanamkonda.

During the press meet, Vinay Bhaskar voiced criticism towards the BJP, accusing the party of engaging in divisive politics and derogatory rhetoric. He drew a sharp contrast between the BRS, which reveres Mahatma Gandhi, and the BJP, which he alleged worships Nathuram Godse, Gandhi’s assassin.

Emphasizing their political independence, Vinay Bhaskar asserted that the BRS had no affiliation with the BJP and was not compelled to join the NDA alliance. He also challenged the BJP to fulfill the commitments made to Telangana during the bifurcation of the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, asserting that this would demonstrate their genuine concern for the people of the state. Additionally, Vinay Bhaskar predicted that the BJP would not secure deposits in the upcoming elections, and even their existing MLAs would face electoral defeat.

Baswaraj Saraiah chimed in, criticizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s remarks concerning Minister KT Rama Rao and indicating that all eyes were on Telangana from a national perspective. The press conference also saw the presence of KUDA Chairman S Sundarraj Yadav, former KUDA Chairman Marri Yadava Reddy, corporators, and other dignitaries.
